Introducing 1 minute mindfulness

Mindfulness is about being able to be in the moment. Being able to focus in on your thoughts and feelings and being aware of them, able to pay attention to them. It is a great way take some time to just focus in on things and be present in the moment. Mindfulness can be practised in a number of ways from meditation like sessions to other practices such as Tai Chi. And its generally accepted to have a positive impact on peoples general well being.

It can also be practised by simply taking short pauses in your everyday life. So that’s why we are bringing you 1 minute mindfulness. A series of short videos that we hope will allow you to take that short pause in your day and focus in on something else that will allow you to tune in to your thoughts.

Nothing scientific about this, just a series of very short drone films that we hope will help you be mindful.
