What is a drone roof survey? Our lightweight drone aircraft offer a really cost effective way of accessing your roof without the need for ladders or in some cases expensive scaffolding and manpower.

Our aircraft are equipped with high resolution 4k cameras that capture and record highly detailed views of the condition of your roof.  Our operators are fully trained and understand exactly where to look for issues that may be apparent in your properties roof system.

• Loose / missing or broken tiles. Our HD cameras capture exact location of any roof tiles that are missing and provide you with pinpoint accuracy what will need to be replaced or repaired.
• Flashing and guttering. We carry out a full inspection all the guttering that is connected to your roof, highlighting where there may be any damage or issues created by faulty guttering. Additionally, we survey the flashing around your roof for signs of damage.
• Chimney stacks. Many older properties were built with chimneys. Over time these can have wear and tear and create issues for the wider roof system. Our roof surveys check for the general state of a chimney and highlight in High definition images where there may be any issues.
• General condition. Our drones capture close up, razor sharp images of the general condition of the roof, and will highlight where there may be any general issues. This is particularly helpful for hard to access roofs where access by humans may create damage.
• Dormer windows and skylights. Dormer windows can be prone to leaks over time. Typically, this would involved access by roof ladders or scaffolding and would need significant time and manpower to identify any issues. Or drones get you up close, detailed images of the state of the external aspects of your roof windows and provide a cost effective way of understanding if a repair is likely to be needed.
